Comprehensive Information Review – We work with you to gather and verify your updated information, including annual mileage, vehicle count, operational status, and contact details.
MCS-150 Filing – Our team completes and accurately files your updated MCS-150 form electronically with the FMCSA.

An error or outdated information on your USDOT number application can cause significant issues, from preventing you from obtaining insurance to making the DOT number completely unusable. Whether it's a simple typo or a major change in your operations, ensuring your public-facing record is accurate is critical to operating legally and avoiding violations.
What's Included:
Comprehensive Application Review – We perform a full review of your current USDOT record to identify all errors, omissions, and outdated information.

Filing Confirmation – We provide you with confirmation once the FMCSA has processed your amendment, giving you peace of mind that your record is correct.
Keep Your Record Current & Compliant. Don't let an inaccurate application inhibit your ability to operate or create problems during an audit. Our service ensures your USDOT information is updated correctly and promptly, so you can focus on more important things.

If you operate a commercial vehicle within the state of California, you are required by the California Highway Patrol (CHP) to obtain a CA Number. This unique Carrier Identification Number is mandatory for nearly all commercial carriers who are both picking up & dropping off in California—regardless of whether your company is based in-state or out-of-state—and must be displayed on your vehicle. The CA Number allows the CHP to track your safety and vehicle inspection records within the state.
What's Included:

Accurate Information Submission – We ensure all your company, driver, and vehicle information is filed correctly to prevent application delays or rejections by the CHP.

In addition to a CA Number from the CHP, most motor carriers transporting property in California must obtain a Motor Carrier Permit (MCP) from the DMV. While the CA Number tracks safety, the MCP is issued by the DMV to verify that your company meets the state's strict insurance requirements, including public liability and workers' compensation coverage. This permit is the final step required for all for-hire carriers to operate legally in California.
What's Included:
Prerequisite Verification – We first ensure you have the required CA Number from the CHP, as it is a mandatory prerequisite for the MCP application.
Complete DMV Application – We handle the entire application process with the California DMV, ensuring all forms are filled out correctly with your carrier and insurance information to prevent rejections.

Permit Issuance & Delivery – Once the DMV approves your application and verifies your insurance, we deliver your official Motor Carrier Permit document.
Renewal Reminders – The MCP must be renewed. We will send you a proactive reminder before your expiration date to ensure you never have a lapse in your authority to operate in California.
The Final Step for California Operations. Operating without a valid MCP can lead to vehicle impoundment and substantial fines. Let our experts manage your MCP application to ensure your business is fully licensed and insured.
