What Happens After I Order?

We contact you to confirm the company details you entered in the cart form. We file your DOT application and get your USDOT number the same day. Your MC authority generates the next business day. We attach your BOC-3 and explain your insurance requirements. Once your insurance is on file and the waiting period ends, your authority goes active.

Frequently Asked Questions

What about driver files and drug testing? Drug testing and driver qualification files may be required depending on what vehicles you’ll be using. We have packages available for sprinter vans, box trucks, CDL hot-shots, and semi-truck carriers.

Is this everything I need to start hauling? Not necessarily. While this includes everything you need to obtain an authority (aside from an insurance policy), you may be required to comply with regulations that are not covered in this package.

What insurance do I need? Most carriers need $750,000 in commercial bodily injury & property damage (BIPD) to get their authority approved. We’ll connect you with our insurance partner to answer your questions and provide quotes.
