FAQ

Dispatching questions, answers delivered

How do I get started?+
Call us at (208) 278-6722 or fill out the contact form. We will talk about your equipment, lanes, and rate expectations, answer your questions, and get you set up for dispatching.
Do I have to use you exclusively?+
No. You can book your own loads anytime. We only charge on loads we book for you, or ones where you book yourself but still want us to handle the paperwork & coordination.
What load boards do you use?+
DAT, Truckstop, Loadboard 123, and other loadboards that focus on more specialized types of freight. We also are consistently building a network of brokers who move freight in your preferred lanes.
Do I have to have my own loadboard account(s)?+
Yes. Loadboard platforms require you to add an extra seat to your account for dispatchers. A loadboard account is tied to your MC number, so we must have a seat on your loadboard account to book you loads. We'll help you add a seat to whatever loadboards you currently use.
How do you get paid?+
We invoice you based on the loads we successfully booked for you. Once your invoice has been paid by a broker or your factoring company, you will need to pay our dispatching fee outlined in our dispatching agreement with you.
Do you provide factoring?+
Our dispatch service focuses on load booking. If you need help with invoicing and factoring, we can point you to factoring partners who handle that.
