Truck Dispatch Services

Stop hunting for loads. Start hauling them.

Finding good freight takes time. Negotiating rates, vetting brokers, coordinating pickups, and chasing paperwork can eat up hours every week.
Hours you could spend driving or at home.

We handle load booking so you can focus on what you do best: moving freight.

What We Do

We find and book loads for owner-operators and small fleets. That means:

  • Searching load boards and broker contacts for freight that fits your lanes, equipment, and schedule

  • Negotiating rates directly with brokers

  • Confirming pickup and delivery appointments

  • Handling broker communication and paperwork

  • Tracking your loads and relaying updates

You tell us where you want to run and what rates work for you. We do the rest.

What It Costs

Up to 8% of the gross linehaul on loads we book. No setup fees, no monthly minimums, no long-term contracts.

If we do not book you a load, you do not pay us anything.

Who Is This For?

Owner-operators running dry van, reefer, flatbed, or hot shot, etc. who want consistent freight without spending half their day on load boards.
Small fleets that need dispatch support without hiring a full-time employee.

If you are brand new and still waiting on your authority to go active, talk to us. We can start the on-boarding process and identify what your needs are so we can get you rolling as quickly as possible. (We can help get your authority approved, too.)

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Call us at (208) 278-6722 or fill out the contact form. We will talk about your equipment, lanes, and rate expectations, answer your questions, and get you set up for dispatching.

  • No. You can book your own loads anytime. We only charge on loads we book for you.

  • DAT, Truckstop, Loadboard 123, and other loadboards that focus on more specialized types of freight. We also are consistently building a network of brokers who move freight in your preferred lanes.

  • Yes. Loadboard platforms required you to add an extra seat to your account for dispatchers. A loadboard account is tied to your MC number, so we must have a seat on your loadboard account to book you loads. We’ll help you add a seat to whatever loadboards you currently use.

  • We invoice you based on the loads we successfully booked for you. Once your invoice has been paid by a broker or your factoring company, you will need to pay our dispatching fee outlined in our dispatching agreement with you.

  • Our dispatch service focuses on load booking. If you need help with invoicing & factoring, we can point you to factoring partners who handle that.
