When Do You Need an Amendment?

You must file an MCS-150 amendment within 30 days of any change to your legal business name, DBA name, physical address, mailing address, phone number, email address, operation type, cargo types, or number of vehicles and drivers.

What Kind of Errors Can Be Corrected?
