TIPS Truck Driver Appreciation Week Giveaway, Official Rules
- Sponsor. Total Insight Professional Services, LLC ("TIPS" or "Sponsor"), 8382 W Ustick Rd, Suite 100, Boise, ID 83704. Questions: info@tiproservices.com or (208) 278-6722.
- Eligibility. Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible.
- Entry period. Begins Wednesday, September 16, 2026 at 8:00 am Mountain Time and ends Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 11:59 pm Mountain Time. Sponsor's clock is the official clock.
- How to enter. During the entry period, follow Sponsor's official account on Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok and leave a comment on that account's giveaway post describing your favorite part of your job. Each platform counts as one entry, for a maximum of three entries per person. Extra comments on the same post do not add entries.
- Entries that don't count. You must be following Sponsor's account on that platform at the time of the drawing. A comment from an account that is not following is disqualified. Entries from fake, duplicate, or automated accounts are disqualified, and a person found using more than one account on a platform is disqualified from the entire giveaway.
- Free alternate entry. To enter without a social media account, email info@tiproservices.com with the subject line "Giveaway entry" and your full name and mailing address, or mail a postcard with the same information to the Sponsor address above, postmarked by September 20, 2026 and received by September 25, 2026. One alternate entry per person.
- Prize. One (1) winner receives one BlueParrott B450-XT Bluetooth headset and one P2 Pro portable inkless printer. Approximate retail value of the prize package: $319.98 (headset $209.99, printer $109.99). The prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if either item becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any taxes.
- Winner selection. One winner and two alternates will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries across all platforms on or about Monday, September 21, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- Notification and shipping. The winner will be notified by a reply to their entry comment and a direct message from Sponsor's official account on the platform they entered from, or by email for alternate entries. The winner must respond with a US mailing address by Wednesday, September 23, 2026 at 5:00 pm Mountain Time or the prize goes to an alternate. The prize ships by standard mail to that address within 10 business days of confirmation. Sponsor will never ask a winner for a payment, fee, or card number.
- Announcement. By entering, you agree that Sponsor may announce the winner's first name and last initial on its social media accounts and website.
- Conditions. By entering you agree to these rules and to Sponsor's decisions, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entry it believes is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these rules or the platform's terms.
- Release. By entering, you release and hold harmless Sponsor, Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, TikTok, and their affiliates from any claim arising from this promotion or from the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
- Platform disclaimer. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, Meta, or TikTok. You are providing your information to Sponsor and not to those platforms.
- Privacy. Information collected is used only to run this promotion and will not be sold or added to a marketing list without your consent.
- Winner list. To request the winner's name, email info@tiproservices.com with the subject "Giveaway winner" by October 21, 2026.
